Who this is for
Busy men. 30–45 years old.
Life keeps getting in the way of your dream physique.
You start strong on Monday and fall off by Thursday or the weekend.
You eat well alone but lose control at restaurants, drinks and events.
You’ve built success in your career, but your body doesn’t reflect that discipline.
You’ve tried multiple plans. Nothing sticks past a few weeks.
You’re tired of constantly resetting instead of progressing.
The real problem
Most coaching focuses on transforming your body.
That usually only lasts for the duration of the programme. Then people fall off.
Most programmes tell you what to do, and keep you dependent on the next payment. This fixes why you keep falling off.
Through both physical work and mindset, we change the way you think.
Change your mind, and your body will follow. That’s what creates lasting results.
Motivation is a myth
I teach you how to show up on the days you don’t feel like yourself.
I’ll push you to fall in love with the process.
That’s what real consistency looks like. Not waiting for motivation. Operating with control, and identifying as disciplined regardless of circumstance.
A snapshot of accountability
Accountability is the superpower of online coaching. This is where we’re different.
01
24-hour reset
If you slip, you check in immediately and get back on track at your very next meal. Within 24 hours you complete one anchor action. We find the trigger, refine, and move on. No spiralling.
02
Recharge days
On the weekends, the days you’re most likely to fall off, your meals are handled. A coach-approved meal delivered to your doorstep, so there’s no guesswork and no excuses.
03
Minimum standard workout
A session designed for your worst days. A non-negotiable 20–30 minute baseline you hit instead of skipping entirely, so momentum never breaks.
What changes
Consistency becomes part of who you are.
Your confidence stops coming from how you look, and starts coming from the discipline that built your body. That shift carries into every area of your life. Business, family, everything.
3–4×
Training sessions a week, capped at 55 minutes, built around your work schedule.
1–3×
Meals out or drinks a week without gaining fat or losing control.

Coaches needed once you’re done. You get to a point where you don’t need coaching anymore.
Why I built this
I built the body. It didn’t fix anything.
I started training at 18 for one reason: aesthetics. There was a girl at college, and she had her eyes on someone else. Tall, muscular, effortlessly confident. We called him “Ticked Boxes.” I decided I’d become him.
Five years later, I had the physique. And my confidence was at an all-time low. It turned out most of the compliments came from men, and how I looked never gave me what I was actually after.
At 23 I stopped valuing the physique and started valuing the mind that built it.
My body was a byproduct of discipline. Of showing up regardless of how I felt. That’s where the confidence came from. Not how I looked, but who I proved myself to be.
Now I’m on a mission to instil that same shift in other men. Once you change the mind, the body follows.
From clients
What changes when you stop needing motivation.
BeforeAfter
“I can step into a room and command attention.”
“I was tired of being so tired. Now I feel lighter, my thoughts are clear, and I have a real sense of achievement. I didn’t want to disappoint my coach, so I made myself accountable. Someone was 150% in support of me. Not how much I weighed. Me.”
Abisola S.Identity Control client
“I go now even when my partner can’t make it.”
“I was struggling with the confidence to show up and a fear of failure. I’ve lost more weight than I thought I would and I don’t care about the people around me anymore. I can wear clothes I couldn’t before, and seeing results makes me want to keep going.”

How this coaching applies to your life.
This isn’t a quick fix.
We change your mind. The body follows.
Three months minimum. Real change isn’t just physical, it’s behavioural, and this is enough time to break old patterns and build a system that sticks.
No. This is built so fitness fits into your life, not the other way around. That’s what makes the shift sustainable. Just a structure that lets you stay in shape without it consuming your time or energy.
What makes this different from other coaching programmes?
Most programmes tell you what to do and keep you dependent on the next payment. This fixes why you keep falling off. The Identity Control System focuses on your mindset and behaviours so you can stay consistent on your own, without a coach keeping you on track once the programme is done. It’s built to make consistency last, even with work stress, travel and a social life.
Will I have to give up eating out or drinking?
The opposite. This is designed to intertwine real life with your health and fitness goals. You still eat your favourite meals without falling off track. It’s about staying consistent with your lifestyle, not avoiding it.
How much time do I actually need?
You’ll train 3–4 times a week, with sessions capped at 55 minutes.
Is there strict dieting?
Your meals are built around the foods you actually enjoy. If you don’t like it, you’re not eating it.
How does coaching actually work?
You’ll get:
A personalised training plan, tailored to your work schedule
A nutrition plan you’re actually excited about
Weekly check-ins and 24/7 support
Ongoing adjustments based on your progress
Everything is built around you.
Is there a guarantee?
No. You get out what you put in. However, if you follow the programme 100% and still don’t see results within 3 months, you’ll get your money back, plus an additional 3 months of coaching.
Who is this NOT for?
This isn’t for you if you’re looking for a quick fix, or you want results for a holiday or a wedding. This is a complete lifestyle revamp that changes the way you think about yourself. Hence: identity control.
Why is this a 3-month programme?
Because real change isn’t just physical, it’s behavioural. Three months gives you enough time to break old patterns and build a system that actually sticks.
Change your mind. The body follows.
